It was quite a challenge to put our collection together for this year as we had to complete our buying in a very different way. Usually we take a weekend in March to go to London, and meet with all of our designers to look at the new designs and make the selections for he boutique. We then take another weekend in September to visit Harrogate, to plan the following year’s designs. However, this year was quite a different story.

The lovely Nick from The House of Nicholas, came to visit us over the Summer with their best gowns, and we made our selection from those. We usually stick to the tea length gowns from this label, but we just couldn’t stop ourselves when we saw the beautiful fabrics, necklines and skirt shapes. We are certain that you will love them too!

Here are just a few that Sophie couldn’t resist trying on. You will notice how even the most subtle of changes can have quite an impact on a neckline.
